School Librarians Advisory
Role of School Advisory
- A representative group of the larger MLS School Library members, who provide feedback to MLS consultants regarding CE workshop ideas, issues and concerns of school libraries.
Organization of School Advisory
- Composition: 8-12 school library members; balance of private and public; K-12 schools; includes Chicago Public Schools representative.
- Frequency: 3 times a year around MLS CE planning.
- Location: Rotates between libraries and MLS Burr Ridge office.
